2P Chess does not ask for an account, your email or your name.

What you type. Anything you enter into our tools is worked out in your browser unless the page says otherwise.

Online games. When you play a friend online, our server keeps the game code, the moves, their times and a random player key stored in your browser, so either of you can reload the page. Nothing identifies you, and each game is deleted a day after its last move.

Preferences. Your theme, page width, sound, computer level and puzzle score are stored in your browser only.

Advertising. We show ads from Google AdSense, which may use cookies to personalise ads. You can manage this at Google ad settings.

Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and receives the page address, the site you came from, your approximate location, device and browser. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked first: analytics and ad cookies stay off until you agree, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link on the page.

Partner links. Some links to partners carry a tag so they know the visit came from us. No personal data is passed on.

Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
